Our room was NICEly decorated, large, with nice bathrooms with a high level of decor and good views and fridges.

I had a great holiday and will definitely go again next time. I enjoyed this pleasant place, stayed there for 5 nights. Apartment I stayed at was reasonably large with a bathroom. The food was delicious and the location was perfect! Varna airport was hardly 29 minutes away by car.

Some people working there were dirty.

I recently stayed at Villa Katalina for a relaxing getaway. The sea view from the hotel was absolutely fabulous. Check-in was a breeze, as they had left the keys for us. There was a small parking lot, but if it was full, there were plenty of spaces on the street. The basic kitchen in our apartment had everything we needed, along with a dining table. The owners were very responsive to our messages. We arrived by car, but we noticed that there was a city bus that goes to the nearby area.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view from the balcony. It was also conveniently located, with easy access to the beach and the city of Varna for shopping.

The room is comfortable and nicely decorated, with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a dining area available. The location is very close to the beach and all the necessary amenities are provided in the apartment.

The hosts were so kind, they practically carried us to our room and even let us sneak into the Jacuzzi after hours. The food was delicious, especially when we got free pancakes with our coffee.

On my last night, there was some noise coming from a neighboring room, which was a bit disruptive. However, the property's quiet neighborhood policy should be better communicated to guests, ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet area close to the beach. We enjoyed spending time at Kabakum beach, which was just a short walk away. there was a market nearby where we could conveniently shop for our needs. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the owners was exceptional, as they were willing to accommodate our requests. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the view from the terrace was lovely. We appreciated the free use of the jacuzzi and the option to have a BBQ.

There were some communication issues with the staff who spoke limited English.
